I help people get strong, confident, and consistent with their training through a personalised, realistic approach that fits around real life. I’ve spent thousands of hours coaching a wide range of clients from complete beginners and busy professionals, to more athletic clients focused on muscle building, strength, and performance.

What I’ve learned over the years is that results don’t come from extremes. They come from structure, consistency, and accountability. That’s how I coach. Everything is built around you your body, your goals, your schedule, and any limitations you might have.

I offer one-to-one personal training in clients’ homes, at TheFitWorks in Knutsford, online, and through corporate wellness sessions.


Many of my clients choose to train at home for the privacy and convenience it offers. Some have fully equipped gyms, others have minimal equipment either way, sessions are planned properly and progress is always the priority.

In-home training works particularly well for busy professionals and those who want a calm, distraction-free environment where everything is focused on them.


I also coach clients at TheFitWorks, a private boutique gym set on a farm in Knutsford. It’s a warm, well-equipped space with everything needed for high-quality strength training, conditioning, and mobility work without the crowds or noise of a commercial gym.

This environment is ideal for clients who want a professional training setting with a more personal feel, and sessions here are just as tailored and focused as my in-home coaching.


For online clients, I provide structured training plans, nutrition guidance, and regular check-ins through my branded coaching app. This allows clients to track workouts, log weights, monitor progress, and stay accountable even when we’re not training together.

The app connects with all major fitness and health platforms, making it easy to keep everything in one place.


I also work with companies across Cheshire, delivering on-site corporate wellness sessions such as Boxercise and fitness classes. These sessions are designed to improve physical health, boost morale, and create a positive, energised team environment.


Many clients come to me with previous injuries, ongoing niggles, or a lack of confidence in the gym. My role is to work with your body — adapting sessions intelligently so you can train safely, build strength, and progress without setbacks.
