In the first few weeks we focus on building momentum getting familiar with your training program setting up your nutrition and identifying areas to improve. By the middle of the program you will start to feel stronger move better and see clear changes in your body and confidence. By the final phase we push forward with intensity adjust based on progress and set you up with habits that stay with you far beyond the 12 weeks.
What Is Included
When you sign up you are not just getting a workout plan. You are getting a coach in your corner who is with you every step of the way.
Before we begin we have a full consultation to understand your goals your training history your routine your equipment access and anything else that matters. This is done either via video call or voice notes depending on what suits you best. From there I build a training program through the Trainerize app which allows you to track your workouts log your progress and stay organised all in one place. Whether you train in the gym at home or a mix of both we will work with what you have.
Alongside training you will also receive nutritional guidance based on your goal. Whether you want to build muscle lose body fat or improve performance your food plan will support it. I do not believe in strict meal plans or cutting out everything you enjoy. Instead we look at portion control protein intake food balance and sustainability so you can fuel your body without feeling restricted.
Throughout the full 12 weeks I am available to chat message and check in with you. If you have questions about exercises if your routine changes or if you just need a bit of motivation I am here to support you. We are a team during this process and communication is a big part of that.
