We begin with a detailed consultation to fully understand your goals, limitations, history, preferences and what equipment you have. This helps build a plan that’s truly personal to you. - Tailored training program
Based on your goals (weight loss, muscle building, improved fitness, or a combination), I create a plan that evolves over time, keeping you progressing week after week. - Weekly in-person sessions
We’ll meet once or twice (or more) per week at your home (or outdoors if its running based), focusing on structured, effective sessions using a combination of bodyweight, dumbbells, machines or resistance bands. - Ongoing support & guidance
Between sessions, you’ll receive check-ins, motivation, and any support you need with habits, nutrition, or movement. - Flexible scheduling
I work around your routine, not the other way around. Morning, midday, or evening — we’ll make it work.
